Fun with Foil

This label was for a stainless steel cleaner that needed to look industrial and give instant recognition of it's purpose and power.

A customized character set with a metal ribbon look was selected for the product name. Noise was applied and given a horizontal motion blur to give the appearance of brushed aluminum. Areas for the product name and UPC code were knocked-out and white applied in the UPC area to provide better readability. A linear blend was used for the name to get the shadow effect on the clean reflection and an inner shadow was used on the UPC area to give it an inset look similar to the name.

The result was a very inexpensive label for a product that stands out well on the shelf and proves to be a great seller.
